I’m sorry it took me so long to write this. I suppose it took me a while to figure out exactly what I wanted to say. By now, you might not even be a girl any more. You may have already graduated college . You may have gotten married. Maybe you’re about to start a family.
You are beautiful.
Let me elaborate.
I never really noticed how important it was to look like Kristen Stewart in the Twilight community (though it was all around me) until a friend came to me upset, explaining to me that people were only considered “pretty” if they looked like Kristen Stewart. I had began to notice she was right. Girls would post pictures of themselves – even videos – asking “Do I Look Like Kristen Stewart?”.
In selfies, girls would slightly distort their faces to change their facial features to have similarities of Kristen Stewart. We were all so obsessed looking at a picture and trying to see that face, that we completely overlooked the fact that this person was actually making a weird and unflattering face.
You don’t have to look like Kristen Stewart to be beautiful. Be you. Do your makeup the way you want to wear it, throw your hair up (or leave it down) the way it feels comfortable to you, and when your taking a photo, show YOUR smile, not someone else’s.
Anyone can cosplay. By all means, have a Bella day. Wear her clothes, do your hair and your makeup, but don’t lose you. At the end of the day, take it all off, wash your face, and look in the mirror at your reflection – because if you are so set on looking like someone else, one day, you will look in the mirror and realize your reflection is not your own. It’s not what its supposed to be, and you may not be able to get back the reflection you’ve lost.
Love yourself, love your face, and always remember to love your twilight partner in crimes’ as well!
Love Always –
So recently I have been debating blogging about some of Bella’s hard to find peices. I can remember way back to when Inside Bella’s Closet was just a baby, I would scour the Internet looking for more information and more pictures on the rare items of that time. For some reason, the mysterious people who had these items would only post one horribly pixilated photo of their item that would pop up on Google search… and that was about it.
It was pretty frustrating to blog about a certain piece with out a good quality photo and of course details to go along with it. Lucky for us, the world of twilight clothing has come such a long way since then. Facebook groups have been made, more people have become involved and of course more friendships have blossomed. Through all of these wonderful networking tools, the twilight clothing world has opened the doors to much more information than it had even three years ago, and I can’t wait to share!
Breaking Dawn Part 2 Bella Cullen has a new spot!
Bella is seen sporting off the Bailey 44 T Rex Tab Sleeve Henley with Velour Trim in the scene where she and Edward are opening the gift box the Volturi had sent to them.
This beautiful top is stunning with its intense V-cut collar, shirt tail hem, and cotton/ polyester material blend.
It is no surprise Bella would be spotted wearing such a top, seeing as how she had worn the American Eagle Military Henley in Breaking Dawn Part 1, with similar chest pockets, and the Splendid Tab Sleeve Striped Henley from the end of Breaking Dawn Part 2, with the same tab sleeve design.
Though this lovely top is definitely a Bella Swan clothing junkie’s must have, it’s just about sold out on every website (including this one) and retailed for about $152.00. Time will only tell if this item will ever return, but until then… Happy Ebaying!

We all have that dream Bella Swan piece… you know, the one that you set your eyes on from the beginning telling yourself one day you will buy it? The one that is super hard to find…The one that finally pops up on ebay for 300 + when you have no money to spend at all…..
There is a simple solution to this problem.
I will start off by saying nothing, no matter how rare it is, is worth putting yourself in debt. Buying a Twilight Betsy Johnson top for $550.00 is fine… if you have the cash for it. For the most of us that do not have a spare $600.00, resort to this method I like to call “Patience and Control” a costume collectors two closest friends.
P&C are like the friends you have that know you inside and out. They are the friends that give you advise you never actually listen to, and then regret it later. Now is a good time to start listening to them!
In all my years of being a Bella Swan ebay shopper, the number one thing I have learned was to only spend money when I have it. Credit cards are a very tempting thing, which is why I don’t have them hooked up to my account. For the most part, my ebay shopping is very spread out and scattered. Waiting for the right piece at the right price is definitely a difficult thing, but that’s where the patience comes in.
I know what your thinking. I’m crazy for insinuating Bella’s rare pieces will ever be cheap enough to buy with pocket change… but yeah… that’s exactly what I’m getting at. Someone somewhere is always selling something Bella related, whether they know it or not, and no matter how old the item is. Clothing from the first Twilight film is STILL showing up on ebay new with tags. That in its self should give all you avid ebayers out there some hope that whatever it is you are looking for will always show itself in the future.
As for the pricing, try searching your item with various descriptions. Do not put “Bella Swan” in the search. Eventually, you will find the piece you are looking for, whether it takes weeks or months.
I can honestly say this really does work. I was able to get an American Rag thermal for about $18.00
and a Susina Jacket for $20.00!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with either of these tops, both go for $1000.00 + on ebay.
So all you need to do, is sit back chill out, and wait it out. It will pay off in the end!!
Keep Calm And Ebay On!
Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment and post about the event that started it all. If you frequent this blog, then the Stephenie Meyer Day events are no stranger to you. For those of you unfamiliar with it, This 3.5 day festival takes place in Forks, Washington, and commemorates the author, and celebrates everything twilight. From tours to vendors to twilight events, this celebration is held throughout the whole town, and definitely gives you your twilight fix!
The reason I hold this festival so dear to my heart is because I along with many others participate in the Stephenie Meyer Day Cast. That’s right! Stephenie Meyer Day has its own cast that participates in events and takes photos with the guests! This year the Stephenie Meyer Day cast has many of the characters you are familiar with, and they are very eager to meet each and every one of you, but I wont spoil the surprise just yet!

Stephenie Meyer day is such a fun weekend for a family with all ages!
Yes… it is true, the Twilight Saga has finished up at the box office. Twilight conventions are closing their doors, and the cast is scattering, moving on to other things.
Even though this is a reality, it doesn’t mean the magic is gone. There are millions of fans scattered all over the world who have dedicated their time and money into ways to give back to the community through Twilight. From donating blood to making dreams come true, why stop now? Why let all of that hard work and passion go to waste?
I’m here to challenge everyone to keep the sparkle alive. Though the movies are over, the story lives on. So keep donating blood and volunteer to read books to children at your local library. Who cares how many times you and your friends have read Twilight, make a day to have a themed book discussion. Definitely don’t stop having those crazy twilight marathons at your local theater either!
Rock on with your twiself and cosplay your heart out.
For me, there will always be one more item to spot, and one more twilight friend to make.
So, my friends, I thank you for keeping this tiny piece of the infinite twilight community alive.
You can bet I will continue to blog here with updates and new spots, and answer any questions you may have!
Keep the sparkle!
After being in complete shock from the final installment of the Twilight Saga, it was time to get down to business and find some Breaking Dawn part 2 wardrobe! I had noticed Bella in specific had so many jackets this film, no doubt thanks to Alice Cullen . One jacket in specific people had been trying to spot prior to the release of the film was a black jacket with golden studded buttons seen here:
My good friend Vee, creator and moderator of IBC’s sister blog, Go Ask Alice Cullen, had traveled here to the US to visit and see the movie with me! of course she wanted to hit up all the malls in the area (what Alice cosplayer wouldn’t?). We walked by H&M, J. Crew, and just about any other store you could think of that has had clothes featured in the saga. We had nearly walked passed Banana Republic when she decided she wanted t go in. I followed, spacing out, knowing anything I saw would be out of my price range for the month, and then locked my eyes on a jacket on the end of a sale rack….. This jacket –
This jacket is the Banana Republic Belted Pocket coat. It retailing in the store for $130.00, I was able to get it for $60.00 on the clearance rack, and the SKU number is 416134-00-1
Vee and I were able to match up all the seams and buttons to those on Bella’s coat, even the buckles on the collar. The only thing I’m still a bit stumped about is the color.
The color of this jacket is technically a navy blue though it could pass as a dark charcoal. the collar on the inside is made of a corduroy which would explain the contrast of the two “blacks” on Bella’s jacket, the actual coat looking black and the collar looking an even darker black. On this coat, it is a maroon color.
A couple of different theories I have:
– this is the jacket, just shot in a dark lighting – this is the jacket but they dyed the collar black because the maroon was too distracting and eye-catching for the scene (They have altered clothing in the past)
– the navy jacket with the maroon collar this years jacket, and Kristen Stewart’s jacket was actually last years jacket. I was told, last year they had this jacket in black, this year they did not. I tried finding picture of it i black, but unfortunately I could not find the exact jacket in black. I did however find black jackets made by Banana Republic similar to the make of this one, but instead of the gold buttons, they were silver. I wonder if last years buttons were silver on this coat as well.
Although the colors are questionable, I believe this is the same make and brand as the jacket Bella is wearing in Breaking Dawn part two. I will however, keep an opened mind to anyone who thinks they have spotted the jacket with another brand!
Let me know what you all think!
